How can you return material to T&A?

With this application form you will receive a returns number sent by email. T&A will decide and inform you if the product is needed to be returned or not. You must get a returns number from T&A before the goods are being returned. Goods arriving at our plant without a returns number will be refused. Make sure you label the goods you are returning marking the returns number

Furthermore a handling fee of EUR 50.- excl. VAT will be charged if the claim is not approved.

Instructions to complete the application form

When you fill in the form it is essential to always describe in detail what is wrong and how the error can be demonstrated. The more detailed information, the sooner the case is handled. Do not use general statements such as “broken” or the like. Returned products must be packed in a decent way. T&A cannot be held responsible for damage due to bad packaging.

Important remarks

  • T&A order or invoice number shall always be given.
  • T&A part number shall always be given. In case of more products we need a list of part numbers.
  • Serial number: if a serial number is mentioned on the product, please state this also.
  • Description of fault shall be as detailed as possible with type of fault, how this is proved, how this have been mounted etc. In terms of wrong delivery, please describe the problem and what differs.
  • Photos or other documents that can highlight the matter further are always useful and can be attached to the application form.

Reason for return

  1. Incorrect ordering = Customer have ordered the wrong parts and wish to return. Provided that the returned goods are returned unused, in perfect condition and in returned in the original packaging, it will be credited for its full value minus a control and handling fee of 15%. Products made to size cannot be returned and will not be credited for.
  2. Wrong delivery = Due to a mistake from T&A or a forwarder you have received the wrong parts.
  3. Warranty = Product is returned for warranty evaluation. Item does not work as intended during warranty period.
  4. Repair = Product not covered by warranty is returned for evaluation or repair. You will receive an offer for repair or replacement. A handling fee of EUR 50.- excl. VAT will be charged.
