Returns based on refurbished motors
Refurbished motors are motors that have been repaired, refurbished, and fully tested by Technics & Applications.Â
They are supplied with a 3-year warranty.Â
The prices for refurbished motors as stated in the price list apply only if the returned defective motor meets all of the following conditions:Â
When ordering a refurbished motor, the price of a new motor will be invoiced (payment term: 30 days).Â
After receipt and inspection of the defective motor, a credit note for the price difference will be issued, provided all conditions are met.

- The return must be accompanied by an INC number (to be requested in advance via service@aquatop.be).Â

Defective parts returned under warranty must meet the following conditions:
In the event of replacement, the price of the new part will be invoiced (payment term: 30 days).Â
After receipt and approval of the defective part, a full credit note will be issued if all conditions are met.Â
- After receiving the replacement part, the defective item must be sent back within 30 working days.
- Defective parts can only be returned after written confirmation of the service department. The return must always be accompanied by an INC number (to be requested in advance via service@aquatop.be).
- Parts must be packaged appropriately to prevent transport damage.Â

- In the case of sets, the sets must be returned complete. Individual components of a set cannot be returned.
- Parts must show no corrosion, or visible/external damage.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.

- In the event of an incorrect delivery by Technics & Applications, the full amount of the item will be credited.
- In the event of an incorrect order by the customer or the return of unused stock items, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged, with a minimum of €50.
